Blog Intro! | Hello, Friend Rewind.

Decided to make an account and see what was going on over here on this website. Quite the features available here. I'm not sure why more people aren't here or taking advantage of everything this place offers. I just found out about it through a forum post on another website that's less than a month old that has more users and much more active than here. Napoleon 

Which is another Oldweb Revival project that was birthed out of all of the problems going on over on SpaceHey. It's coming along great and is very active as I mentioned above.

Maybe someone could reach out and tell me a bit more about the culture here and the community pull? I'm curious on what the differences here may be compared to other projects.

Considering the downhill slope of quality over on SpaceHey. Will more people gravitate towards other projects such as Friend Rewind or Napoleon in the coming weeks/months? This place seems pretty interesting although I do have a few issues with things going on under the hood. Although that's more of a personal infliction of mine rather than something that would be considered problematic for other users.

The only real downside I can find with this place is how much Google presence is leaking all over the place. I also would have preferred entering an age as an option. I'm also wondering about what exactly is going on with the code surrounding the groups as it looks like Discord. Code taken from Revolt/Stoat?

Either way, I'll be sticking around at least for a little while to see how this place feels then make my final decision rather I'll continue hanging out or moving on.
