that's it, that's the post.
bonus slice:
if you want anything done right, you've got to do it yourself.
pizza is no exception. today's rewind pizza contains no inflammatory ingredients or cheap fillers, and tastes better than anything you can have delivered. learn, love, live. ran out of roni, so it's italian sausage. yeastie boys in the haauuse! fresh dough made an hour ago. carnivore prefers meaty pizzas, although sometimes i've been known to introduce jalapenos, black olives, shrooms, romano cheese and an occasional roma tomato. i'll get more elaborate someday, inspiration permitting. like if the sweet lady is here, then i really aim to please. all stops pulled out, no stone left unturned. never worked in a restaurant actually cooking, dude. cowabunga.

for best results, wash it down with a beer
be good.

What flour are you using? You said no inflammatory ingredients, is it gluten free? Just curious. Your pizza looks delicious! And Michelangelo was always my favorite ninja turtle!
right on, enjoyed watching the earliest toons of them with the little bros.
flour flour flour..some want to eliminate it entirely. if you really have celiac disease, that's understandable. it's kind of interesting how there were no cases of the aforementioned disease before glyphosphate was widely used on american crops. it's banned in most other countries, as it's proven to break the blood-brain barrier with long term consumption. a lot of products in the store are lab tested, and show relatively high amounts like the typical everywhere flours i.e. pillsbury, gold medal, robin hood, etc. another blow to these products is they are "enriched" with synthetic vitamins, because the natural wheat germ vitamins were killed with chemicals so it won't spoil, resulting in an almost infinite shelf life. these synthetic vitamins are made mostly from petroleum..lol wut. in clinical tests, only about 1/3 of people can actually absorb and benefit from them. the rest of us get the gift of it being stored as fat. fat means inflammation. the fiber is also stripped away in this ultra processing, leaving even less beneficial compounds for your body's ability to break it down. etc etc, e t i'm sure i forgot something freakin' c, lol. to answer the question, king arthur flour right now because I'm poor. later on I'll have some bob's red mill. minimally processed, one ingredient - red wheat flour. and they test low or even at zeroes for glyphosphate. a.k.a. roundup. seed oils like canola and soybean are also inflammatory, olive oil or butter are not. homemade sauce beats jarred, jarred has high fructose corn syrup and two dozen other unpronounceable devils in it. for what? it's actually cheaper to just use tomato paste and cabinet seasonings. at the risk of sounding like a tin foil hat - i feel a lot better now, after a few years of cutting out dirty ingredients than I did before I cared. it's made a difference on my bp, sleep, how many advils i might need among other things. the more you know..lol
