260709 | summer fling

if you had told me even two weeks ago that my first kiss would be my hallway crush from sophomore year, i would absolutely NOT believe you...

yesterday was probably the most eventful day of my life. and it all started from snapchat quick add LMAO

soo basically for the past week or so ive been talking to this guy who graduated last year (we both went to the same high school). we agreed to meet up on sunday since he would be in town that day.. i was super nervous obviously because like HELLO wdym a super cute guy actually wants to meet up with me like HUHH

i started the day off by going to Mass soloo @ 10:30AM cuz the guy said he would pick me up around 4PMish, so i obvi needed PLENTY of time to look super cuteee.

afterwards i got myself some Dunkin (bacon, egg and cheese + iced protein matcha latte) cuz i wanted to avoid the dreadful hunger breath.

since i knew he was going to show up at my house i made sure to clean up the front yard (and also to just keep my mind off things) the last hour waiting for him to show up was probably the worst anxiety id ever felt in my life... i was literally doing breathing exercises to calm down LMAO

anyways we were heading to this ice cream place but for the first couple minutes he kept going the wrong way so he was clearly equally as nervous which is gooddd for me. i got maple walnut and he got a chocolate shake (he let me get a taste :p)

afterwards he kinda just drove me to his house. i suggested we watch a movie..which we did but in his room... :)))) he had his arm wrapped around me and everything AGHHH

then that's when it happened. he initiated a KISS. but i kinda just swerved him cuz uhhh ive never kissed anyone beforee im a total NEWB. he was like kinda shocked that he was my first toooo. context for everyone is that up until the end of my senior year i was lowkey CHUD AF.. like this is literally the SUMMER I TURNED PRETTY.

but to summarize cuz this blog is getting tooooo long, we hung out for 5 hrss, in which we made out MULTIPLE timesss AHHHHHH.. after we finished the first movie (veronica) we switched to perfect blue (but without subtitles LOL) so it made good ambiance i guess???

compared to before we met vs after we met up, my perspective/expectation for whatever we have is veryy different. at first i was kinda like swept off my feet like wow could this be my happy ever after?!!! but honestly now im kinda not rlly looking for that anymore. while he is a super nice guy, im not sure if he would make the best boyfriend material yk. i think im okay with just a casual summer fling. especially with college around the corner.
