A guide to sweet scene

Hii!! I just want to state that I am not a professional in fashion!! I am just a huge fan of sweet scene, these are just things that I've seen and not every thing maybe

 What is sweet scene? ᰔ

- sweet scene is a mini subculture in the subculture of scene that explores the ideas of sweet treats, cute characters,pastel colors, and the scene clothing. 

 what are sweet scene clothes and decorations 

1. Graphic tees 

Colorful band tees, t-shirts with cute characters such as hello kitty, t-shirts with sweet treats mainly in pastel colors like baby pink, light blue, soft yellows (one of my personal fav shades), and whites 

2. Skirts and tutus

A large incorporate of scene fashion are tutus and skirts, typically stopping mid thigh (whatever your comfortable with) in the typical color patterns. Sometimes with bows on the side or floral designs. Decorations that make it so much cuter

3. Skinny jeans

Skinny jeans are over all a huge part of scene and emo fashion and can be switched out for boot cut jeans if uncomfortable or personal preferences (like me) jeans can range from colors such as black, pink, white with zebra print ect... Jeans are always perfect for cleaning up an outfit!!! 

4. Studded belts

This is also general that stuffed belts are a huge part of scene and emo cultures. Other belts work too but preferably studded!! Belt buckles can include cute designs, blinged out parts, ect (I like to think of gyaros for inspiration)  some belt designs like the hello kitty blinged out belt and belts with candies trinkets on it are a great example of what I'm trying to describe.

5. Converse, vans, or heels/ platforms

Converse and vans are typical show wear, converse and vans can be decorated with cute colors and characters. For example, my converse are decorated with colorful cupcakes and fandom logos as well a things that align with my interest and beliefs, your shoes should align what matches your personality an how you want to express yourself!! Sweet scene also incorporates heels and platforms, often blending in to look like cake with frosting swirls and cherries! :) shoes can really vary for each person and what makes them comfortable.(ps. Knee-high converse are super cute if affordable I recommend!!) DCS  AND THICK SNEAKERS OHEMGEE 

6. Hoodie and jackets

Hoodies and jackets can have graphic designs, cute characters, stripes,polkadots, sleeves could also be cute off into a T-shirt like sleeve!! 

7.tank tops and tube tops

Applying to the same as graphic tees, graphic tees can be cut into cute tube tops that can be tied for a cute alternative or ribbons can be added to tie it to get an EVEN CUTER look. Tank tops are also a heavily worn part, either as a full top or with lace endings that could go under the shirt!! 

Decorations

1. Rubber bracelets

Rubber braclets of your favorite animals or bands are always a cute and fashionable add on to support any outfit and express personal style! SOSO CUTE! 

2. Kandi

Kandi is a cheap and adorable way to express yourself. Beaded necklaces and braclets can add a little postive change to the outfit and is totally creative. It's one of the most easiest hobbies to start and tutorials are everywhere online!!

3. Bows

Bows big or small can make any outfit greater!! I prefer big ones like Melissa Marie Green (millionaire$) which can be made out of foam or fabric!! 

4. Necklaces

I lovese brass knuckles and diamond necklaces!! Beaded necklaces and necklaces with cupcakes or animals!! I personally have one of a unicorn I wear all the time and they typically come in a decent price range!! 

7.fingerless gloves and socks 

They come in so many colors and sosossossosoo cheap for good quality items 

Self expression 

You are entitled to expressing yourself in anyway this is just what I see

Others but not added

Hats, glasses, headphones, plushies and keychains

Dyed hair

Hair is dyed in fun colors sometimes with ombre effects with raccoon tails or ordinary colors that with highlights in between or just solid colors!! 

Piercings

Many alternative people express themselves using piercings or fake piercings  to feel freedom or other reasons, personally I really like angel fangs dimple piercings and stretched ear lobes with hello kitty gauges

Tattoos

Tattoos are used to express people's personality!! I find mlp cutie mark tattoos totally cute and also tokidoki tattoos (my whole phone is tokidoki themed LOLOLOLOLOLLLLLLL)
