a lil intro!! :3

hi there!

my name's mari/sputnik and i make noise/"music" under スカルキャンディ and many other aliases.

besides music, i'm also heavily interested in left-wing politics (especially socialism, communism, anarchism and revolutionary ideology), technology (includes old/retro tech, physical media, homelabbing, console modding, android, FOSS, privacy &c.), history, anime and alternative subcultures.

i currently identify as a communist (i don't identify much with marxism-leninism) and i adhere to the core values of punk (anti-capitalism, anti-authoritarianism/anti-fascism, anti-consumerism, DIY and non-conformity).

i don't consume short-form media (reels, shorts, tiktok) and i do not consume any music through spotify, nor amazon music. i do not condone any form of fast fashion/consumerism.

anyways if u wanna listen to my noise, here's my bandcamp

and here's my website! i coded it myself :p
