Addiction with saving and spending

I keep wasting money on thrifting and food because i can get it cheap anyone else relate it realllyyyy suckss cause ill have 10 dollars and instead of saving that shit ill just instantly spend it and i hate it just because im able to save it just intensifies the want, any tips on how to help thiss idk what to do T-T
