Well for starters,obviously don't use any of the big names like chat gpt,open ai,ai chatbots as well(coming from a former ai chat bot user,yeh its hard giving it up but very worth it!)
when searching anything on Google,add "-ai" at the end of you don't want an ai generated answer,sometimes I slip up and forget but since I cant disable that ai thingy rn that's what I do.
u could also just not give any ai slop account any attention,cuz like once u do it becomes ur whole feed which sucks in general T^T
I'm not sure what else I can add to this since I already don't use any ai in my life. if u can stay away from those ai companies then ur already off 2 a good start! :3
