Almost got kidnapped I think idk 💔

It's my mom's birthday today so I wanted to get her something, so I went to one of those little free libraries she likes to get her a book. While I was looking a car pulled up behind me, I was waiting for them to get out of their car but they never did. I turned back a couple times and she kept gesturing at me with something in her hand. I just waved cuz idk what to do? ? After like 3 minutes of her staring at me I walk up to her car and she's just smiling and keeps gesturing 4 me to open the door. The thing she was holding was some kind of candy bar idfk what kind tho. I tried 2 ask her wtf she was doing but she literally wouldn't answer and kept trying to get me to open the door. I said I didn't want any and just walked away. I never saw her leave the spot idk when she did. I'm actually creeped tf out what just happened
