Watch one piece bro, you'll never regret it (is shorter than ppl tells u, bc of a fan page called one pace u can watch it in less time).
Also, the character of the pic is the protagonist of watamote, I didn't watch it yet but is a comedy anime abt an antisocial girl who spends her time watching anime (I think that's the summary, not sure).
Anyways I can recommend u some other cool animes, like mob psycho 100, Sakamoto days and hunter x hunter. But if u don't wanna watch Shounen that's ok, for the seinen side there's witch hat atelier, the art style, the animation, the world building, everything is so beautiful. And if u wanna go for some Shoujo I recommend u Kamisama kiss, princess jellyfish (only the anime, the manga sucks) and Sakura card captor.
Other cute/funny animes I think u should try is tanoshii moomin, Himouto umaru-chan, saiki k. and toilet bound hanako-kun
