any dashboard confessional fans out there?

hello friendrewind! 

just two nights ago, i saw the fray in concert. it was a very spur of the moment decision. i didn't look much into it at all; i didn't know who was opening, what the setlist looked like... anything! on the drive to the venue, though, i did a quick google search for who was opening, and i recognized the name: dashboard confessional. it rang a bell, but i couldn't quite remember who they are. i searched the band's name up on spotify to see if i have any of their songs saved. 

turns out, i only knew one song: vindicated. i liked that song a good bit, i found it years ago quite randomly, but i still knew absolutely nothing else about the band. i'd hoped vindicated wasn't their only good song (lol!). 

ohhhh.... they're GOOD. i loved every second of them on stage. i nearly forgot that the fray was following thing - i would've been content with just having dashboard confessional on stage the entire night! is there a fanbase out there? i NEED to talk about them!
