Anyone like dill pickles?

So my favorite pickles have always been Claussen dill pickles, but since I changed my diet  (additive‑free, preservative‑free, dye‑free, soy‑free, and seed‑oil‑free for about a year now) I’ve had to start making my own.I finally decided to give a it a shot and try making some Claussen replicas, and honestly… they turned out pretty damn good. The only thing I’d tweak next time is using a little less vinegar or pickling salt for the spears, because they came out a bit more sour than I like. But overall, they’re super close, and I’m pretty proud of them.
