it's still mainstream but a lot of people use Wattpad due to ao3's low censorship. reason this site is slowly being buried is because of lower censorship, there's borderline illegal smut fics, including but not limited to : children, SA, gore

4chan.org
this is genuinely the deepest crevice of the internet. ANYTHING can be posted here. there is NO censorship. they create entire new words just to be racist, homophobic, misogynistic, misandristic, etc. overall the community is very toxic. think if Reddit and Twitter had a secret lovechild.

Tumblr.com
The weird cousin of Reddit. The softer version of Twitter. You WILL occasionally get called a slur or told to kill yourself, but overall pretty good site.

The most well-known armpit of the internet. Incels, misogynists, imagine a slurry of the stupidest people you know thrown into a collection of forums.

This is like Tumblr but worse. And less funny.
