back tattoo

got 1 more appointment to finish up the shading on my back, and then i'm finally done!! started it in May and i'm much poorer since, but i think it looks so cool so far

gotta say the worst bit pain-wise was probably the perimeter. Down by the ribs or up by the base of the neck was not a good time, especially lining with a 9(!!!) mag needle. I'm finding it hard to get into the groove because there's such a range of nerves, tissue and bones across the back that a cm is all it takes for it to feel completely different, usually for the worse!
