hi hi! today I made some eclairs filled with pastry cream and dipped in chocolate ganche

They're not the prettiest cause I was in a rush to give them to my grandpa but they were still pretty yummy!
I still have a bunch I need to decorate so I might do a regular glaze instead of the chocolate ganache cuz I'm the only one in my family that likes chocolate ʕ´•ᴥ•`ʔ
anywaysss that's all for today's diary, I have more french pastries due next week so look out for that!
