As a alt muslim,hijabi girli keep seeing videos of "white alt"* people saying that you can't be muslim and alt at the same time.I want to be alt and call myself alt. but does that mean leaving religion, I belive I am alt I have all the same views as alt people other than religion.
Also people are saying that Islam is right wing.I belive that islam leans more left wing when it comes to belifs, some people take it to far sometimes. Idk whats your opinion??
*not to be racist i mean not POC or minorities I mean atheist

from alt person to another, you don't have to drop your religion to be alt. Alt can be any religion or anything. Alternative styles don't discriminate, and if people says otherwise, they arnt liveing to true alt values. As long as it's alt music and alt belief based, you are alt!

You can totally be religious and still be alt! All alternative means is that, being alternative to the mainstream. It's an umbrella term, so it can apply to multitudes of people.
