Honesty I don't know why but when I say I'm trans they think I'm female to male. But that's not the only trans type way to be because I'm genderfluid and non-binary because of D.I.D but people try to correct me when I say I'm trans. Idk if I should just keep saying it anyways or just not talk about it? I wish people were a little more educated I guess, but I want my rights first tho. Is it just me?

trans means anything that's not your given sex. So a person who is a biological woman being a demigirl is still trans bc that isn't their assigned sex.
But yeah the main thing people assume is just hopping to the other most popular option. You can just tell people you're queer if you don't want to waste time explaining it to every single person every time you introduce yourself.
You could also say you're non-binary, as non-binary is a massive umbrella term, but well-known enough that people will ask for less details.
