binder!!

My friend got me a binder for my birthday yesterday and now i'm wearing it at work.

It feels really good to move freely without having to worry about being flat and it keeps your chest warm which feels really nice.

I will not wear it frequently though as much as i take breaks and know i can't wear it for more than 8 hours my spine kinda hurts and the middle part of my chest, when i take it off.

So i will use it only for bad dysphoria days and for cosplays. My sports bras are already enough for normal days and they do kinda bind. 

So for anyone that wears binders always listen to your body and take breaks if it hurts. You don’t even have to bind to be trans, the important thing is that you feel good and find people that respect you.
