Hello hello!

This is... What, my third day on Friendrewind I think?
Feel like my SpaceHey blog posts were a lot better and more creative when I started off there. I think I'm too frustrated by the coding here. I think I've tried 10 different methods to put a solid image background on my profile and NOTHING worked. Not even the stuff that was placed in the tutorial itself. I'm lost and angry at this point but whatever. Even the GIF I just posted within this blog post won't fucking center automatically. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrr. Super duper frustrating and demotivating. Whatever. Whatever! Fuck! Hate this!
I'm already too grouchy to write but I will write something and have it sit unread and unnoticed as always because I have nothing better to do.
So, yesterday was a cool day. I met up with my dad after he finished working because we had a quest to fulfill. You see, I have this piss-ass worn-out couch that I've been itching to get rid of for a very long time now- it has simply lasted several years and is now due for a replacement.
So, using my amazing knowledge of the public transport system in my city + with a little bit of help from Google Maps, I have found a route most efficient for our needs- it took us straight to a mall ON THE OTHER FUCKING SIDE OF TOWN where we found THE CLOSEST furniture store of the brand we needed. It actually didn't take us too long to get there despite having departed during rush hour- the fact that it's summer and that all the middle-class and upper-class vermin escaped the country for vacation significantly helped lessen the traffic.
So, we walk into the furniture store, keeping an eye out for some couch models we've seen before and, naturally, being open to any new appropriate models we might see. In a sea of gray, brown and beige furniture, there were very few things that caught my eye- those that did were either too expensive or just too big for my tiny vertical shoebox apartment.
The store clerk approaches us and we tell him what we're looking for. Suddenly, he turns around, and points at the cutest darn sofa I've seen lately. An L-shape, a very elegant yet modern design with three big pillows and two small cushions... And a most beautiful shade of green, bordering on emerald and swampy at the same time. I immediately loved it.
So, naturally, we ordered the exact same model. I felt my soul sink a little while my father paid for the thing- if it were up to me, I would've paid for it in its entirety, but I have yet to be a proper, completely independent adult, so we arranged to have him pay half the sum now and the other half prior to delivery day.
So, sometime in September, if I even stick around on this website until then, I might take a picture and show off the couch! It is quite lovely and I will probably actually have some incentive to invite visitors over to my humble abode once I make it more representative.
Which reminds me now.
I need new fucking curtains.
FUCK!
See you around. Spiral out.
