sheliak on dw is my favorite source for icons. i love her stuff. she does some other stuff, but her iconning is excellent. she finds good material and she crops well. maybe best of all for me, she doesn't fry images, but lets the art stand for itself xD i have nothing against people who have 1000 filters and gradient maps and textures they like to use, but i like my pictures flat and straightforward. her dw layouts are so smooth too... it's a joy to look at.
