I don't normally click on the one- or two-liner blogs cause you can read the whole thing in the preview, and I like to be selective on what I choose to read for the sake of finding things I'm actually interested in... but I saw "Animal Jam" and here I am! Admittedly I haven't been playing so much thanks to now dealing with Warrior Cats roleplays and trying to get some more reference sheets out for my OCs, but I like to play it sometimes! My personal favourite of the two is Classic, because that's the one I first started playing in 2015, because I prefer Classic's style, and because I'm just more familiar with the hangout spots and how things work over there, so I feel more at home there - but I do like to hop onto AJPW on the odd occasion too! I mostly log into AJPW for the sapphire membership but I still enjoy running around there sometimes :] Which version do you prefer to play, or are you a fan of both?
thanks for stopping to read! i have only been able to play ajpw, since i'm usually on mobile and this laptop would actually explode if i tried to download aj classic lol. i did play classic briefly though when i had access to an actual computer, and the experience was great i wish i could play it again, but ajpw is pretty fun too. i've been doing quests/missions/whtvr theyre called from the update, and i'm trying to get some items :>
Pity about Classic, but hey, at least you liked what you saw when you played for a bit! I do think AJPW has some fun parts as well, although I admittedly haven't tried any of the collections yet. The missions are rather entertaining, I just think it's a shame most of the stuff you get is a nametag, despite how cool some of them are. I'd say one of my personal favourite things about AJPW (apart from the fact you actually get new animals every month) is the Phantom Dungeons, definitely a more enjoyable substitute for the Adventures than the Phantom Dimension I think. I do also rather like how various animals get their own designated rooms, it's a shame I've only really seen people use the Wolf/Arctic Wolf ones.
