Can Catwoman cut a circle in a vitrine?

Okay, this may sound like an obvious question. Realistically she wouldn't be able to cut open a vitrine anyway! But why?

So far here are my findings:
1) Usual high end auction house/ museum vitrines vary from 12mm to 6mm and made from safety laminated glasses 
2) Only few metals can score glass: tungsten carbide, hardened steel alloys 
3) The in between plastic layer can't be cut by just her metal claws
4) The guards would be alerted because there is an obscene scratching noise
Fine then, let's say Gotham's vitrines are made out of regular glass
Even then she wouldn't be able to get a perfect circle out! Because after scoring, there should be pressure applied inside the vitrine not outside of it. (If it is applied externally, the whole thing would shatter inwards). Anyways, let's say she has a suction glove or something. Even then the whole thing might shatter because of the force she is using to pull

Yeah, it is a silly question. Please don't attack me if there is any inaccuracy because I'm not an expert.
