Candle Magic Help

Hello! If there are any witches on here, I’d really like some info for my recent spell.

Last night around midnight, I decided to do some candle magic using a prosperity spell I found online since it was supposed to be during the full moon. I took a Balsam & Cedar candle that I bought from Yankee Candle, added some ingredients — ground cinnamon, instant coffee, olive oil, and some money drawing oil from Art of the Root — and then lit the candle and recited the chant I found.

So while the main flame was going strong, I noticed during my chanting that the flame split in two into a smaller, weak flame — like literally running away from the main flame and in a different spot. It stayed like that for at least thirty minutes before getting drowned by the wax. I’ve read online that it means that either there’s conflicting energies (most likely my own) or there may have been another entity present during my spell.

If any witches could help me identify which one it was, that would be a great help! I’m a baby witch, so I’m not sure if I need to redo the spell again.
