Change of style?

So…I lowkey been wanting to change my style a bit…but the one problem is tht my mom won’t let me get the haircut I want and I’m lowkey tempted to just to do it myself since I’ve seen how to cut the front n it’s not too hard n also seen ppl do it on their own…or maybe js ask someone who does know how to cut hair, another problem is tht im lowkey worried it wont look good on me im like 60/20 sure it will n wont yk like I i js rlly need the front…its a type of emo haircut but good im worried ill js regret it but Ik I probably wont since this has happened w my piercing n I got them n didnt regret it like im usually right on if something will look good cus it usually does but goodddddd am I scared abt the haircut, I can’t stop thinking abt it like at alllllllll maybe if I js do a little trim on the ends to make it shorter and style it right I can lowkey pass n my mom wont notice but she says it wont look good but I lowkey think it willll god maybe i need to find a curtain one but even when I told my mom she said no cus she doesnt want me to be “emo” cus they apparently “suicidal” and “sad and depressed” which is not what emo is I hate how my mom believes this abt the internet but not the stuff that are true like trump or what his fuck ass name is, honestly I have the clothes but I rlly want the haircut yk
