chsck, misc.

I can't post pictures in here (can't figure it out) so ive added them to my profile :) im on the last few days before I have to get a refill on my pills. im watching hannibal😸

my legs and lower body are just really sore so ive been resting and I got to eat my cheesecake. the filling I made was better than I thought and I had to improvise a little with my ingredients but im glad it went well.

also it turns out I missed an echocardiogram (no clue) but it was from weeks ago. I hate living away from town because im always missing these important things but I know it made sense for me to miss it🤔

the reason I had asked for it initially was that my heart would have these stinging pains for a few hours but then it'd go away, but with better eating and so many iron things it hasn't been bothering me😬 I feel like the boy who cried wolf. I know rescheduling isn't a bad thing and that its better to be safe than sorry I just feel kinda bad for missing it😓

im liking decaf coffee more lately, and im down to the bits of my last gram (💔)for now at least. I don't think I can do cold turkey right now so the goal is to keep cutting back augh. 

the weather has been so killer lately so I can't even be super upset about anything. its just been such a perfect middle. I was gonna walk through the forest trails and try to explore new ones one of these days. this is such a good time of year to camp
