So basically I want to be alt but I don’t know where I should start with. Where should I buy my clothes from or my accessories. I don’t want to shop on temu or SHEIN but I also don’t want to spend all my money on clothes.ughh

Please keep in mind that it takes time to build a personalized alt wardrobe. Beginners only think it's expensive because they believe you need to have like 20 extravagant outfits ready, immediately (you don't). But most people started out by experimenting with different garments and DIY/thrifting. Don't be frustrated because you haven't nailed down your look yet, you'll get there I'm sure if that.
Great advice can't stress this enough! Also, some of my coolest jewelry or outfit combos came from hand-me-downs. Patience is key to building a unique style & closet.
