Just download H shop if you have homebrew on your 3ds. You can download any game from the 3ds library organized by region. DLC is on there also. If you didn't transfer your saves though that sucks. |

I had my saves backed up and i know about hshop, but it takes way too long to download anything there, so i download on pc and move .cia files to my 3ds
