adding to my comment here, there was a girl at my school who randomly passed out during band just like that like she knocked over a bunch of instruments and had to go to the hospital, the teacher told us it was either narcolepsy or a kind of seizure where it's not like actively seizing, you just pass out

It was around like 2AM that day that I hadn't are and the day during Febuary I only ate the gross ass school lunch which was at 11AM the day before?
Both times I hadn't eaten for no longer than like a couple of hours. I have a really high metabolism according to my doctor so I guess that means I get hungry FAST.
As for the girl in your band is she ok?? Those instruments can get either heavy or weirdly sharp if you bump into them the wrong way. That had to be scary as shit for her and for your class
