don’t feel alone because i’ve been feeling this way too recently, and i so genuinely think that it’s because of the media we intake


ive noticed everyone is in this phase where they’re LITERALLY DYING to get skinny


like everyone is on ozempic or whatever shit idk


im slowly starting to love my body again, and I know it’s easier said than done, but you should too


our bodies are what allow us to move and feel and experience, and I feel like everyone (including myself) takes it for granted


the skinny that we see everywhere is so seriously unrealistic


beauty standards are repeating themselves, and it really sickens me to know that so many girls have stopped fueling their precious bodies for some bullshit skinny craze


i know this might not help, or maybe it might, and i know im just another girl behind your screen, but please listen to me when i say that you are gorgeous inside and out


you matter and you are beautiful


i know these are just words, but i truly mean them

The heavier you are the easier it is to lose weight.

Just put an actual lock on your fridge.
Your life is entry points. The easier it is to do something the more likely you are to do it.
If you have a bag of chips in your house it's much easier to eat than if that bag is at the shelf in the store. It's even easier to eat those chips if they are in your room, or at your desk, and even easier if they are already opened.
Never shop for groceries while hungry, always do it while already FULL.

If there are foods in your house, lock them up or increase the barrier to eating them.
Also putting a mirror on your fridge door and watching yourself in a mirror while eating helps.
Also a picture of a pair of human eyes works too.


Other than that it's just eating the RIGHT things. Losing weight doesn't have to suck. You can actually eat a suprisingly large amount of tasty food if it's low caleries per volume. e.g. low/no fats, and no added sugars.

I did the math a couple years ago that I could eat 9 average sized burritos the way I make them per DAY without sour cream or cheese and still lose weight pretty fast. Just cooking in lots of peppers and veggies helps. More fiber less carbs. Look for "Ole" keto or high fiber wraps. The wrap or shell is most of the calories otherwise.

Alternatively you can do a taco salad and instead of chips use lettuce.
