did you know that the falkland islands were completely uninhabited prior to british discovery and colonialism and that the falklands war (which was absolutely terrible and awful btw) was instigated by uhhhhh

yes bc we consider them our territory. it's not just "politics" to us, it's a historical and emotional issue. whether it's a football match or not doesn't make a difference. x
