Best advice I can give is try to find a single thing you like. Whether that’s knitting or hiking or singing or whatever. Try to do that one thing once a day, even if you aren’t up for it. Try to push yourself out of the hole that you are in, it’s not easy, but it will do a lot for your mental health |
I actually did start doing some DIY which is really cool but I really wanna go out enjoy some nature, but where i live the nature is trash, plus i got no friends, thanks for the advice tho♥︎♥︎
