im not sure if this is the most helpful but ill try my best since nobody responded yet. It really depends if you want something to distract you from the feeling or anything to at least make it bearable? i feel like the most helpful could be a change in mindset, but it does take a lot of practice and relapses.

for me when i was in this place, (much easier said than done but its worth a shot) finding people maybe friends to distract you and bring you places even  just window shopping or chilling at each other's house. i usually hear advice saying to talk about the issues with friends, but i've honestly found it more helpful to have somebody or memories that give you a reason to feel that hey i am capable of having a good day yk?

If youre having those thoughts that make u want to exit yk, i found it most helpful to set yourself the bare minimum of goals. instead of overwhelming yourself about needing to survive the entire month or week, try your best to at least make it until the day ends. this can be scary but even making plans with loved ones, it gives you a reason to stay and something to look forward to. if those thougths are givivng you reasons to dread it, i think remembering times when i had something unexpectedly good happen in a day. since it can help to think that hey what if something nice happens?

If something good happens in the day, let yourself enjoy it, if you are struggling to enjoy things, try to at least scream at yourself that it was a good thing. reason with yourself why its something meaningful. again its much easier said than done, it takes practice but its definetyyly possible :,] 

also plz remember that relapse is normal and dont beat yourself up for it, u cant get up if u dont fall yk. if u were once in a better place, im sure u can get there again, i wish you the best of luck and i hope things get better <3



hey i just very quickly skimmed thru ur other blogs. since ur suspecting bpd and if i understood correctly u currently dont have access to proper treatment? plz correct me if im wrong for those things but anyways. until u can get proper treatment, i found that searching for advice that u can do at home for whatever ur suspecting for can be helpful for the symptoms. it def might not be the most ideal, but its better than nothing until u can get treatment

Yeah so i was in dbt therapy but it disnt help even thou it made for bpd soo idk what else is there to do
