you can use aimp for both converting and tagging if you are gonna install that then be careful to not install the suggested russian spyware(yandex) during installation also the converter eats a shit ton of resources you can also use free audio converter and mp3tag the problem with this setup is that fre:ac will add self-promotion in the comments of the files also the aimp's tagger is way better in my opinion/ but either way you are the one to decide |

if you wanna rip from youtube you can use yt-dlp
it's a bit complicated but it's much better way to rip stuff from youtube
