ugh yes like this is a point that i will forever stand on and another point is that with the rise of digital media.. you never really own anything anymore, like that movie on netflix can dissapear any day now and that game you "bought" will most likley get lost if you buy a new computer or you get logged out of your account. the artist can remove that song from streaming any day of the week and things are more likley to become lost media because of this this is why physical media is so important because without it things can dissapearr and probaly never come back and you loose that sense of ownership and instead you get fed with false hope because of subscriptions and whatnot |
