TAB -> Profile -> Layouts -> Create New Layout -> "How do I use this?"
Which gives a tutoral. 

This is the most I can advise, since I'm still learning this too.



i acutally didnt know that..... I DID CHECK and found other usefull stuff but nothing about what i need in particular, thanks a lot anyways!!
