i did quick search up of AI-free website for artists , and this is one of few that popped up! now for one i do personally know is,

am personally thinking the first option is fitting for more fandom oriented / oc artist , while second is for general manga illustration and anime’s style illustration

Thanks for the first site, thats a new one. Unfortunately though I don't understand Japanese so I'll have to skip out on Pixiv.
