I get like this sometimes. I think you might be dissociating, which might be hard to hear, but a lot of people do it. Something I like to do to stop myself is lie down on the ground (NOT my bed), take some deep breaths with my eyes closed, and just pay attention to everything around me. The feeling of the carpet beneath me, the sound of my ceiling fan, the lingering taste and smell of my lunch. It sounds like something cringey, but it does help me. If that doesn't work, I'd recommend taking a day's break away from screens or searching Google or Reddit. Hope this helps :)
