Well, really and honestly the song itself can seem different to different people. I resonate with it mainly because of my past experiences with people. If you listen to the song and some of the lyrics, you’ll notice how it seems to be a reference/metaphor to a sort of toxic relationship. Like, “You hang the anchors over my neck.” I feel like that it relates to how some people hang things over you, and such. It’s kind of a comfort song for me. No idea why lol Just the guitar and melody just kinda lets you drift. In a way, it sums up my life. Nothing but toxicity, and just chaotic. That’s how I feel about my life in general. But hey, gotta deal with the cards dealt. No idea if that made any sense. My ADHD makes me go all over the place
