It depends on the album to me, if its a defined concept album or rock opera, then yes, other albums not so much it just depends on what you like |

I think albums should be listened to in order, because that's how the artist intended them to be experienced. There are usually many reasons why an artist arranges the tracks in a particular sequence, such as the progression of the music, the story being told, or the overall flow of the album. That said, I think this applies especially to more conceptual albums. But in the end, you can always listen to it however you like. |
