You were probably really sleep deprived and couldnโt hold your head up due to sheer exhaustion. Feeling like you were going to faint during/after showering was probably because of low blood pressure, (water temperature/moving) which can temporarily reduce blood flow to your brain, causing that fainting feeling. The physical labor of showering (reaching down, scrubbing, etc.) may have been too much for your body to keep up with, especially since you were sleep deprived. It also sounds like you havenโt eaten, and that probably made it worse. Make sure to take care of yourself and get some sleep! P.S. If this was just a one time thing, you were probably just tired, but if it happens a lot, please get it checked just to be safe! |
