In all seriousness, try searching for local LGBT+ groups/spaces (for starters, maybe try looking at your local library) !! It'll be much easier since you're in a blue state. Trying to find openly queer people In The Wild is going to be significantly difficult, and it's like that in the vast majority of places, unfortunately
