OMG I feel your pain ಥ⁠_⁠ಥ I used to use medibang a long time ago and it kept happening!!!! I then switched to firealpaca.. I don't remember but one of those two had a backup thingy.. you should try to check if there was a backup or when you reopen it it asks you if you want to recover the backup!!!

I currently use krita and its the best change I've made even though it took a bit.. my favourite part about it was the brushes since medibang/firealpaca are so limited on brush options and configuration.. (⁠☆⁠▽⁠☆⁠)
