Learn new skills, solve the right problems at the right time at the right scale. For you that might look like mowing lawns and weed wacking, or selling food covered by cottage food law in your state. Learn how to lower your burn rate as much as possible. This likely means eating very cheaply and buying in bulk. For example a single meal from a chinese take out can often cost as much as a 50 Lb bag of rice. (1 MONTH worth of calories for 1 person!) Get enough money to buy a beater car off of craigslist or somewhere else after learning how to assess them. Scotty Kilmer on youtube has many great videos and a very great video on how to assess used cars for purchase IIRC. Learn about common automotive/mechanic stuff and learn how to fix your future beater car to prevent having to pay a huge car payment to then just lose the car if you can't make the payment. |
