Maybe you have to find more new artists. Sometimes I get "bored" of my music and feel this way so I go on hunts for new music and I always find atleast one new band I like that does make me feel happy and inspires me even more.

i've felt similarly. music has always been important to me, a main interest, but i do think my circumstances and feelings affect how much it resonates with me. when im experiencing a rough patch in life, it means much more -like it’s an escape. potentially you are experiencing something similar, or- it could be some sort of monotony or lack of new sounds making you less into it. exploring new genres, artists, or taking a break from it could help. after long periods without, i’ve always come back with more interest. fairly, artists like mitski and amy winehouse are pretty popular and there’s a chance you hear it often without choosing to yourself. finding an artist, maybe a less-known one, to listen to and that feels intentional and special, might give you some joy with music again. it’s always okay to let some time pass though, it’s normal for things to get a little less interesting over time -maybe that just means you haven’t found what’s really going to blow your mind.
