Dresses like these aren't usually horrible to make! Get a black dress and see multiple black skirts on top of it, add a petticoat to the bottom of it and add a bunch of lace to the bottoms, most gyarus didn't have enough money to get dresses like that, they diyed! There is Tuts out there somewhere |

Costume stores usually have good accessories for styles like these but if u rlly want to try making clothes it’s surprisingly easy with A LOT of free time, patience, and simple diys |
