Hey queen first of all never tell yourself you're a chud, you're gorgeous. There's no specific ways to become "pretty" because that is subjective and a social construct. There are ways however to make yourself more confident within your own body. Make sure to drink enough water, I'm talkin >2 litres of it, daily. I only started feeling confident with makeup, which isn't ideal because in a perfect world I would feel great in my own skin, but honestly it has made me so much happier, so oh well. I do a natural face of makeup daily, which takes me 5-10 mins. I set my face with some sunscream, which surprisingly works as the best makeup base for me. I use some Mac foundation that has been SHADE MATCHED, this is key, you don't want one not your shade. Use a concealer if you struggle with dark undereyes, as I do. The foundation I don't use on my eyelids or undereyes as tha's where I place the concealer. The foundation can even out your skin tone. For me it mainly helps with my above ip area where it's slightly darker, and the concealer makes me much more refreshed. Set it with a spray, or what works better for me is powder. Then use some mascara, I use Maybellene. Optional, but blush gives some colour and a highlighter on the tip of the nose looks cute. Clothes wise, stick to simple stuff. A nice loose pair of trousers and fitted shirt (tank top or more professional, doesn't matter). A nice, cute pair of shoes, and some assesories and girl you're good. I can tell from your pfp your hair is gorgeous (and you're beutiful so idk what ur on ab lol) so nothing to do there. girlie, make some change, enter a routine, and you'll feel better. it's all about what you think about yourself. first step is to not call yourself ugly, you aren't xx

lots of love -

nat

It took me hitting 17 to realise my worth. School is detrimental to mental health and social media heavily skews how we're meant to look. It does get easier with time. Just don't be too hard on yourself. Self confidence comes with self care, and that takes effort. Self love is making difficult choices like not scrolling, it's actively stopping yourself thinking negatively about yourself and spiraling, and it's choosing to show up for yourself, being there for yourself and doing the things necersary to feel good. It isn't a linear road, but hopefully, it does get easier for you. There is light in the tunnel, you've taken the first step, which is acknowledging it's gotten more difficult, and just working with it. -nat xx

LAYERS!!! my go to for a cute outfit atm is a plain white shirt (preferably smth more form fitting) and a cami ontop! i like flowy tank tops but regular cami's work too. you can pair it with shorts, skirts or jeans.

this has literally got me so many different fits especially since i hate wearing tank top/cami's on their own.

good luck for your new year at school!! remember that everyone has growing pains when it comes to fashion, you gotta go through that awkward dressing phase to find your style :)

ooohhh! i definitely like that style in clothes! Ty!!
