hi sorry if this is awkward but i just stumbled over this post so might as well answer ^^

water technically wasn't 'made' in the way that we,,,idk,,,make bread. its just a chemical bond between two hydrogen atoms and one oxygen atom which both have been existing for like,,,billions of years (hydrogen has been around since the big bang and oxygen was forged inside stars somewhere along the line). because of their chemical bonding properties (covalent bonding), they naturally 'gravitate' (not by gravity but by electromagnetic bonds...cool stuff) to each other and boom,,,you get water!! just like everything else in our amazingly cool universe, water is just atoms bonding together and creating something new :D
