I know, and i want to tell him so bad but im still really scared, i dont wanna make it weird between us. Also im probably overthinking but he might be tired of me, my ex also said i was "too much", its unlikely but idk

Does he seem like he is okay with interacting with you? Does he start interactions (for example text u first, call, invite u somewhere, ask 4 help etc.)
Also may I ask how long have you known this guy? It's trivial to me for determining if "things get weird after confessing"

Late June...Okay, you seem not to know him 4 too long. If it was, say, 3 years I'd definitely say go confess because you can be pretty sure he wouldn't sacrifice something which lasted so long just cuz "u got a lil weird", as for a month...hmm, I'd wait to get a little closer but if you're really to confess then do it
