I'm so sorry that you had to through this :( If I'm being honest M seems very toxic and you should stay away from her. I dont recommend being friends with her anymore, but that your decision to make. My ex girlfriend was also like this. She commented mean things to my social media accounts and I had to block her. Later I found out she had told all my secrets to her friends and shown my vent art to them. So dont trust M anymore.
