So the song I'll assign u is Stick Sickly by Attack Attack! Or any song from their album Someday came suddenly. Alright gimme I think you could vibe with rock or metal songs composed for Capcom games, specifically from the game series Devil May Cry or Metal Gear. For Devil May Cry my top picks would be Devils never cry (it has a long intro on organs but it gets fired up after that) and Burn in Hell (you think a pachislot song can't be awesome? Well this might prove you wrong!) For Metal Gear I'd say "It has to be this way" will be a nice discovery for you. Soo from my favs as a song it would definitely be It Never Ends by Bring Me The Horizon, it sounds the most Evanescence-ish and Malice Mizer-ish (more Evanescence-ish, they collabed with Amy Lee, I have that on gramophone), similar to that is Crooked young if you like both of these you will most likely enjoy the whole album Sempiternal by them.
Oh and as for a band I'd say Nightwish, listening to this band runs in my family currently for a third generation, I've been subjected to it since I went out of the womb and it still doesn't make me too sick, it's a nice little symphonic metal band similar to Evanescence with some things.
