no need to be rude (´･ω･`)? pronouns are a form of self-expression. saying "Max went to max's favourite store to buy maxself noodles" takes about the same amount of effort as saying "They went to their favourite store to buy themself noodles"

the "Go up to someone IRL and tell them you’re “nullprominial”" can go for any pronouns really. A good portion of people are not willing to respect you in any way if they perceive you as not a (perisex) cissexual
